Artist Bio
I’m Amber Boyne (also known in my creative work as Amber Lynn Fernandez).
I create a range of artwork from commissioned portraits to conceptual abstracts inspired by what I find fascinating. As I continue to evolve, the style and concept of my original work does too.
From 2010-2014, I studied Interior Design at Kean University in New Jersey, where I discovered my passion for the creative arts. In 2014, I sold my first original painting but went on to pursue a corporate career for the next decade. I studied, taught myself new skills, and sold my artwork on the side.
In 2022 I began receiving a formal oil painting education, and by 2024 I went full-time creating original artwork and painting commissions professionally.
I work out of my studio in Brooklyn, NY and I live with my husband and our dog Tilly (the inspiration for my first ever pet portrait!)
It’s truly an honor to say that my artwork hangs in homes, businesses, and hospitals all around tri-state area and the country.
